You need to know as much as possible about the role and the company. Focus on the following:
- The company
- The role
- Their competitors
- The wider industry
- Recent news
Research various sources to build a full picture, including their website, social media, review sites like Glassdoor and google news.
Use LinkedIn to research employees in similar functions, looking at their backgrounds and responsibilities.
Make notes of your research to review before the interview.
Only take positive aspects of your research to the interview.
